Message from the CEO.

My name is Ronald van Gaal, Doctor in Biochemistry and Researcher (PhD in Biochemistry & Researcher) for more than four decades.

As a researcher for over 30 years in the field of Biochemistry at the most renowned Dutch Pharmaceutical Multinational and, at the same time, Executive Director of a noble international mid-sized but rapidly growing biochemistry company, PHHC - Pharma Health and Holland Chemicals, it has been my responsibility to develop and train the company’s personnel daily to make it efficient, competitive, and innovative, enabling us to successfully navigate this complex and ever-changing environment.

To achieve this, we have always relied on our ability to attract, develop, and retain dedicated and highly qualified talent who work together with passion.

We have been successful in this endeavor by fostering a workplace climate of responsibility and respect, where each employee has the opportunity to excel and fully develop their potential.

One of my main duties as Advisor and Executive Director was to cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit—an environment where employees could consistently achieve extraordinary goals by aligning themselves with the company’s values.

Together with our management team, we developed strategies and projects, which we shared with our employees, involving them directly in the development of our products. This allowed everyone to understand the company’s long-term mission.

Finally, by working in harmony and fostering a unified team dynamic from our headquarters in the Netherlands, as well as through our three affiliated companies—PHHC SIGN Inc., EAA-Pharmaceuticals NGBO Ltd., and ASTROVET-Pharma & Chemicals Ltd.—we engaged more than 182 direct and indirect employees who were dedicated and committed to our projects. I have always trusted that step by step, we could achieve our goals and exceed the expectations of our clients and shareholders because... everything we do, we do with passion!
